What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide them with details of the damage, along with photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item. Make sure to keep the original packaging and all the contents as we may need you to return the damaged item for inspection.
